Learn about School Board Trustee Candidates

The Livermore Joint Unified School District Board of Education has 3 of its 5 Trustee seats up for grabs in the November election. In addition, this is the first year that Trustee elections will be held based on "Areas" (similar to the "Districts" used now for the Livermore City Council). With all these changes, it's more important than ever that Livermore voters are able to make an informed vote on their school board members.

We are pleased to announce that Livermore Vine, with help from Livermore Indivisible, will host a candidate forum for the Livermore School Board Trustee candidates on Monday, September 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District Office, 685 E. Jack London Blvd. in Livermore.  Whether or not you can attend, you can submit suggested questions for the forum (deadline for submission is 5 p.m. on September 25).

The forum is open to the public, so mark your calendar. We hope to see you there!
