Authoritarianism on the Rise

Our speaker will be Professor M. Steven Fish, a professor of comparative politics and expert on authoritarianism and democracy at the University of California, Berkeley. Prof. Fish will return (he spoke at our August meeting last year) to compare the state of our democracy here in the U.S. to other countries (Hungary and Russia) and review what lessons we can learn.
